Booking An Appointment

Call 613-256-8846 or e-mail us to request an appointment. If you request an appointment by e-mail, we will call you to set up an appointment, and determine the nature of your problem to ensure that we come prepared, and to estimate the duration of the appointment. Please include your name, address and phone number in your e-mail asking us to call you to set up an appointment and the nature of your computer problem. If you are hearing impaired, and prefer to make an appointment using only e-mail, then let us know.

Rates

$75.00 per hour, minimum charge one hour, after an hour then rounded to the nearest minute. Evening calls $80.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

No service available on Sundays.

We only charge for travel time for customers in Lanark County when you are outside the town limits of either Almonte, Carleton Place or Pakenham. (Any further than 10kms from the post office in the nearest of these towns.)

 

Value

We guarantee your satisfaction. If we are unable to solve the problem with your computer, there will be no charge.

We are more economical due to our flexible repair policy. Even though we charge for a minimum of one hour's labour, we will fix additional problems if we have fixed the primary problem in under the hour. Those additional problems can be on the same computer, or any other one in your home or office. Our business is computer repair, not up-selling you a bigger, better, faster, newer computer, etc which may be the focus of many computer stores.

Qualifications

Our Computer Technician has worked for over thirty years in electronics as a hardware design engineer. This included designing computer hardware and add-in cards for PCs. He has been working with and fixing IBM compatible PCs ever since the original XT model.
